Any South African will become the next victim of medico-legal abuse, if they challenge a doctor’s negligence, following botched surgery.

The words of Santayana warn us: “Those who do not remember the past, are condemned to relive it”!
My lawyer purposely spoilt my case; he played into the doctor’s lawyer’s hands.
The implicated doctor has a track-record of medical negligence.
Doctor’s lawyers lie, by stating that the damage is “a pre-existing condition, in my imagination – a ‘delusional disorder’!
Doctor’s lawyers will, inter alia, dispossess you, intimidate witnesses, force you to be examined by doctors, who are well-paid to side with the negligent doctor.
Anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol - with dangerous side-effects will be prescribed, which will cause stiffness, shaking and sudden Death. In this way, the victim is silenced!
As victim, you will be directed to a mental institution for evaluation.
In my case, the judge was blatantly biased, with a verkrampt apartheid-mentality; he was also ruthless with a burnt-vagina victim.
Health Professions Council and Law Society are support-systems for doctors and lawyers. They act against victims of medical negligence and legal malpractice!
The Human Rights Commission has no empathy for medical negligence victims
Relevant parliamentarians do not have the power to expose medico-legal malpractice.
Promises by political parties to expose private-sector corruption are just words to get more votes.
I am condemned to wander - a poor man, whose lecturing career was stolen. Because of the doctor’s negligence, I will chew in pain and speak in discomfort for the rest of my life.
I am being persecuted, because I stand for the TRUTH that I taught for twenty-one (21) years.
It is a very sad day when Jewish doctors and Jewish lawyers conspire against this Jewish teacher, whose mouth was broken by a Jewish doctor.
Do not forsake me in my hour of dire need: King David School, where I was both pupil & teacher, is having a 40th year reunion for the Matric Group of 1970. They have known about my plight; not one Davidian has shown a listening ear, except for the Headmaster, who wrote me a letter of commiseration. There is no reason for me to attend this gathering!
The years will pass, but I will never lose Hope that eventually Truth & justice will take its course…
